Each apartment has furnished bedrooms (desk, chair, bed, dresser). The furniture must stay in the unit and may not be stored in any other location. Beds can be lofted, raised, lowered, or bunked
Utilities are included! When you live in a college operated apartment, you will not have the hassle of setting up electricity, water, sewer, trash, internet, and/or gas. When you move in, you are ready to start school!
You are not responsible for roommates that move out
On-site laundry facilities are located in Building 2 of the Grosvenor Apartments
